Throughout the year, a number of Unity Partnership employees participate as volunteers in a mock interview programme. Taking place in a number of secondary schools across Oldham, the mock interviews give secondary school and sixth-form students the opportunity to experience what it’s like to complete a job application and go through an interview process. Unity employees create an interview scenario for students to take part in and then provide feedback and advice that is incredibly valuable in future ‘real-life’ experiences with both employment and further education.
