 | David joined Unity Partnership as Director of Highways & Engineering Services in January 2011. David has significant experience of leading Highways Services for local councils within Mouchel’s wider Highways business. Prior to joining Unity David was the Commission Director for the Highways and Transportation Partnership between Mouchel and Leeds City Council where he continues to provide strategic input. David says, 'I am very pleased to be a part of what is a strategically important business within the Group. I am looking forward to getting to know the staff and Client officers and to playing my part in our future successes'. |
