Access Oldham
Access Oldham is our customer service centre located in Oldham town centre. At Access Oldham we provide face-to-face services for Oldham Council customers who need help with queries ranging from council tax to free school meals. We’ve developed close links with other service providers, and we aim to make Access Oldham a one-stop shop for public services Oldham.
We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and always do our best to ensure that customers are seen in a timely and respectful manner. Our facility receives around 7,000 customers a month, and each one of our employees works to make sure that all customer queries are dealt with at the first point of contact.
We’ve recently refurbished our facilities to make a comfortable environment for the council’s customers, and these changes have meant an improved all-round experience for all.
