Mentoring Programme
Unity Partnership has its own mentoring programme, and our employees volunteer their time to mentor a young person in Oldham over a number of months. This programme helps give local young people, some of whom find difficulty in attaining employment or further education, the opportunities they have sometimes missed out on.
Through the mentoring programme, Unity employees are able to broaden the horizons of young people and help them become a success in all areas of life
