ICT Services

Unity Partnership helps Oldham Council deliver its strategic and business goals through technology.

Our computer network links over 300 Oldham Council sites including primary and secondary schools, and our skilled team provides consultation and project management for the council and community at large. We assist the council in improving working practices and providing services much more efficiently.

Currently, we provide ICT services for the council and a number of other public organisations. We make sure that the IT needs of each councillor and staff member are met and that any and information can be accessed securely and conveniently from any internet device anywhere in the world.

We operate an efficient ICT service desk, and our performance rates consistently increase with queries being dealt with at the first point of contact.

It is steps like these that lay a platform for the future, building towards increasingly integrated communication systems that bring PC, telephone and security networks together.

We’ve modernised the telephone network of Oldham Council in order to take advantage of new technology, leading to significant savings for the council. We provide schools, libraries and community centres with internet access, implementing security measures for all who use the facilities, leading to peace-of-mind for both clients and end-users alike.
