Unity Partnership Governance Structure

Unity Partnership comprises of Mouchel and Oldham Council with Agilisys as ICT sub-contractor. The high level governance structure is set out below.

Unity’s Board is comprised of three Council representatives, and four directors from Mouchel. Additionally there are three non-executive directors and a company secretary. Mouchel acts as chair in the first year, and this post will revolve to each of the other shareholders in subsequent years.
