•Lead on a Cycling Demonstration Town bid with potential for significant inward investment

•One Stop Shops handling housing, council tax, benefits and welfare enquiries

•Consultancy to transform business services

•Building services to over 100 schools, adult care and children centres, housing associations, leisure facilities, libraries and park buildings

•Contact Centre customer service advisers handling incoming council enquiries

•Design and project manage highway bridges and structures including heritage wall sites

•CRM project to improve responsiveness to customer interactions and service experience

•Leading role in the successful Sustrans Connect2 bid for up to £1m to revitalise walking and cycling

•Implementing an innovative casualty reduction scheme targeting collision spots across Oldham

•Exchequer services collecting income for the council so that it can be maximised for the benefit of the community
