The One Stop Shop

The One Stop Shop incorporates the counter face-to-face service, and the one stop shop in the main hall of the Civic Centre. The one stop shop handles enquiries relating to housing and council tax benefits, council tax and welfare benefits in addition to a variety of general enquires which include signposting all visitors to other Council services and directorates.

Contact Oldham is divided between the main hall in the Civic Centre and Metropolitan House (although this is due to change in July when the team at Metropolitan House is expected to move to Henshaw House). There is a further One Stop Shop based in the First Choice Homes housing office at Holt Street that offers the full service to all visitors.
