Building Maintenance

The building maintenance team comprises dedicated Building Surveyors with multi-disciplinary skills. The team is able to provide a diverse range of building maintenance services. The building maintenance team will provide responsive building repair and maintenance, project management of planned maintenance, alterations, adaptations and Capital schemes up to a value of £250,000, and will take on the management of Asbestos in buildings (a Statutory Requirement).
