Unity Partnership delivers a complete suite of Revenues, Benefits and Transactional Finance services.

We support large-scale, high-volume contracts and bespoke requirements to suit smaller units and have the flexibility to mix and match our services to suit client needs. This includes value-added services, such as an online self-serve provision for the public and cashless programmes to reduce council debt and improve invoice processing.

We deliver high quality services for the collection of both Council Tax and Business Rates, processing of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support Schemes, Local Welfare Provision and Discretionary Housing Payments. We also have our own in-house Enforcement Agents, providing a strong link to ethical debt recovery and customer support, including a team of Personal Budgeting Support staff to provide help and guidance for residents struggling with payments and assistance with maximising income.

Within our service, we deliver a customer walk-in centre, contact centre and support customers in accessing services online.

We provide resilience through support services such as training, scanning and indexing, and service improvement activity including support for Benefit teams in Universal Credit roll out due to our experience of the scheme since July 2013.
