We are extremely proud to announce that Unity Partnership’s Contact Centre team won Oldham Council’s TOP Awards for Front Line Service – a new addition to Oldham’s annual awards. #TopAwards
Our Contact Centre team handles approximately half a million enquiries every year and works closely across other Unity support teams and Oldham Council teams to improve overall resident experience. In a role that is both challenging and rewarding, not always in equal measure, it’s fantastic that their empathy, understanding and patience has been formally recognised.
